Bill Bartolomeo - RETIRED
Bill started Wheels of Time in 1991 primarily as a place to work on his own antique cars. He had just sold his oil business and, "semi-retired", he built a small garage on the edge of the village of Pine Plains, NY. People would see Bill working on a vintage car or a beautifully restored Model A parked outside and would stop in to chat. These chats often led to a mention of an old car and before he knew it, Bill was working on other folks' cars, as well as his own.
Over the 20+ years that Bill operated Wheels of Time he and his employees restored almost every type of car built, including Jaguars, Austin Healeys, Corvettes, T-birds, Model As and Ts, Shelby Cobra Mustangs, Willys, all types of muscle cars and even the occasional Mini Moke.
Outside of the shop, Bill is an avid hunter, fisherman, road biker and drag car racer. Bill retired in 2012

Joe Quattrocchi - Owner
Joe purchased Wheels of Time in 2011. He first met Bill and was introduced to Wheels of Time a few years prior to taking an ownership interest when Bill and the guys at Wheels of Time restored his 1949 Willey's Jeepster. The Jeepster was a classic eBay horror story -- "Runs great... just get in and drive." When he got it, needless to say it was a disaster, needing a complete restoration. Wheels of Time performed a miracle and the car was restored to its beautiful "Daffodil Yellow" with burgundy seats and a black canvas top with burgundy piping.
During the restoration, Bill and Joe became very good friends and Joe was so impressed with the operation that he became a partner. This partnership enabled Wheels of Time to expand, most importantly to build an in-house upholstery trim shop and increase capacity.
Joe is the proud owner of a dozen vintage cars, including a '67 Austin Healey, '66 Jaguar e-type, '54 Jaguar XK-120, '59 Jaguar XK-150, '58 Corvette, '63 Studebaker Avanti R2, '49 Willey's Jeepster, '69 Sabb Sonett, '53 Pontiac Chieftain, '54 Kaiser Darrin and a '64 Sunbeam Tiger. He can be reached at [email protected]

Jessie Decker - Upholstery
Jessie joined Wheels of Time in 2011 after 25 years at Action Canvas in Poughkeepsie, NY. Jessie has been in the automobile upholstery business his whole life, beginning as an 8 year old hanging around his father's shop (Ulster Auto Upholstery in Ulster, NY) tearing down car seats and tinkering on the sewing machine. He first seriously sat down at a sewing machine at the tender age of 14 and has been at it for over 30 years, interrupted only by a 3 year stint in the U. S. Navy.
Jessie says the "The hardest part of learning to sew is to learn to sew a straight line." He can sew anything, but specializes in automobile upholstery and boat tops and cushions.
When he is not at the sewing machine, he likes to hunt, fish and attend car shows and NASCAR races.
